Information
Privacy policy
What data you share on the site and why we need it.
01What this page covers
This policy covers the data you enter in the forms on the Dvatone site and what the site keeps in your browser. If anything is unclear, message us on Telegram: @Dvatone_bot.
02Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data you share on this site is DVATONE LLC (ТОВ «Дватоне»), EDRPOU code 42798638, 15 Gogolivska str., 01054 Kyiv, Ukraine. Email: info@dvatone.com, phone: +38 098 698 69 90. Requests sent through the forms are handled by the Dvatone team.
03Data you enter in forms
- Designer Box request: full name, phone, email or Telegram, studio or company, role, delivery city and address, project description.
- Application request: name, phone, email or Telegram, city, approximate area, shade or composition, project description.
- The contact form: name, phone, email or Telegram, topic and message.
- The desktop app download request: full name, email, phone or Telegram, studio or company (optional), system (macOS or Windows).
04Why we need them and on what basis
To contact you about your request: to confirm shades, delivery, project details or your question, and, for an app request, to send you the download link when the app is released.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”), which you give by ticking the box in the form. If you ask for an order, the data is also needed to take steps at your request before a contract is made.
05Who receives your data
When you send a form, your request goes to the site’s server, which forwards it to:
- the Dvatone mailbox info@dvatone.com (the data passes through the mail service that runs this address);
- a private Telegram chat that only Dvatone staff who need it to handle requests can open;
- the site’s hosting provider, which technically receives the request;
- a delivery service (for example, Nova Poshta): only the recipient’s name, phone and address, if you ordered a Designer Box.
Nobody else receives the data except where the law requires it. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.
06Transfers abroad
Telegram processes messages on its own servers, which may be outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. By ticking the consent box in a form you also agree to this transfer. If you do not want it, write to us at info@dvatone.com instead of using the form.
07Technical data and spam protection
To limit spam, the server checks how often requests come from your address and keeps only a one-way hash of the IP address for that, from which the address itself cannot be read. The hosting provider’s web server logs may contain a visitor’s IP address for the period the provider sets.
08How long we keep your data
We keep a request and the correspondence for 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep the documents for as long as the law requires. An app download request is deleted 30 days after we send you the link. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; the “Your rights” section explains how.
09What stays in your browser
The site keeps only your own settings in your browser: the quality of the 3D scenes (until you close the tab) and the time of day and season you chose for the living background (until you clear the site data). This data is not sent to our server.
Your choice in the consent banner (yes or no to analytics cookies) is kept in your browser with no time limit (localStorage, key dvConsent) until you change it with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site or clear the site data in your browser.
10Analytics and third-party services
The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics of Google LLC (USA) to count visits: they collect anonymised data about which pages are opened. The site uses no advertising trackers. The site’s files, including the libraries for the 3D scenes and the fonts, are loaded from our own server. If you message us on Telegram, Telegram’s own rules also apply to the conversation.
Google Tag Manager loads on every page in Google’s consent mode: without your consent, no analytics cookies are stored. Google Analytics stores cookies (_ga, _ga_*) in your browser and loads only after you agree in the banner at the bottom of the page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.
11Consent and how to withdraw it
Request forms include a consent box for processing your data so that we can contact you about the request. The form cannot be sent without it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: write to info@dvatone.com or on Telegram. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before we receive it.
12Your rights
You have the right to know what data we process, where it comes from and why; to access it and get an answer within 30 calendar days; to have it corrected or deleted; to object to the processing; and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@dvatone.com, message us on Telegram or call us.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua) or go to court.
13For visitors from the EU and the EEA
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and, where you ask for an order, steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We transfer data to Telegram outside the EEA on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 49(1)(a)).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 21), and the right to withdraw your consent at any time at info@dvatone.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
