Colour looks different in the morning, in the evening and under artificial light. The reference for checking it is a Scangrip Sunmatch 4 professional colour-matching lamp, which reveals metamerism: two samples that match in one light and part ways in another.

Settle the palette
Set samples beside the wood, stone and fabrics of the project before you sign off the palette.
